Joined BHL Group in 2015 to lead IT across one of Africa's largest transport and logistics groups, overseeing all technology functions across multiple African subsidiaries.

• Transformed IT operations across multiple African subsidiaries by standardising infrastructure, systems, and support processes — achieving consistent uptime, cost efficiency, and security compliance across all regions.
• Built and mentored a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement that strengthened cross-border technical collaboration.
• Led end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, completing complex infrastructure and ERP implementations on time and within budget, directly improving business efficiency and data visibility.
